And so was it.

I remember way back in the nineties when I first ventured at CNL to attend FZL’s meetings. I met Joseph there and at the time he was already taking leading roles. Later on, when maltastar.com was still at the gestation stage, I was part of a brainstorming group again headed by him on the project. Later on when maltastar.com went online, I had the privilege to be one of the very first to be interviewed with Joseph adding a final comment that someday I might end up in Parliament. And so was it.

Our political paths crossed often and whether in one role or another, Joseph always proved himself to be worthy of trust and full of initiative. He is now our Leader so let us gather four square behind him, pledge him our loyalty and move on to victory. This country needs Labour, so Joseph lead us to win.




A New Era
Maltastar (11-06-2008)
A new era has started for the Malta Labour Party. At the helm we now have a young, vibrant and dynamic leader. Joseph was trusted by the delegates to lead us to victory in the next election. He cannot do that alone but needs support from all of us who want to win. Not all delegates voted for him and many supported other candidates during the run. However, now he is the Leader. so away with internal conflicts and let us reroute this energy towards our adversaries in the political scene.
